At Invicta Watch Bands, we want to ensure your timepiece looks its best with the perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unused watch band within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the unused watch band in its original packaging, ensuring all pins, tools, and documentation are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned band, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
